Athena provides software and infrastructure for aerospace traceability. You agree to access it only for lawful internal business purposes and to comply with all export and aviation regulations.

This overview summarizes the standard terms that apply when evaluating or purchasing Athena. Contractual terms signed with your organization will control if they differ from this summary.
Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and promptly notifying Athena of unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect the platform or comply with legal requirements.
Data & Ownership
Operational data you supply remains yours. You grant Athena the rights needed to host, process, and transmit that data to deliver the service. Aggregated, de-identified insights may be used to improve Athena.
Disclaimers
Athena is provided “as is” without warranties except as expressly stated in a signed agreement. Liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the fees paid for the service during the previous 12 months.
Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, excluding conflicts principles. Questions can be directed to terms@athena.aero.
